Nickel Screens Suitable for Sugar Centrifugal Machines.

Our continuous Centrifugal Screens have special characteristics because of the special way they are made. Screens are electroplated using a sophisticated electroforming process. This process makes possible a slot shape i.e. narrow at working surface to reduce blinding or clogging. Slot arrangement for centrifugal screens are specified in two part i.e. mesh no. 40/10, 33/8. The first number (before the slash) is the number of slots per inch perpendicular to the molasses flow and crystal travel. The second number (after the slash) is the number of slots per inch parallel to molasses flow and crystal travel.
